Universal company got the right to use Brand UNIVERSAL BOSCHI ITALY from Dr BOSCHI OF ING. L&A BOSCHI.  We manufacture oxygen nitrogen and argon plants as per BOSCHI ITALY TECHNOLOGY acquired since 1985.

 

UNIVERSAL BOSCHI air separation products are manufactured and marketed under the globally acclaimed UNIVERSAL BOSCHI ITALY AS DR. BOSCHI brand. Our company developed the first air separation column in 1989 by Italian engineers with BOSCHI designs and cryogenic technical expertise.

 

 At a press conference held at New Delhi on 5^th November, 1990, Dr Boschi inaugurated the setting up a new factory under the brand name of ING.ILA OF BOSCHI BY CRYOFUSION PVT LTD (DIV. OF UNIVERSAL INDUSTRIAL PLANT MFG CO). Dr Boschi announced UNIVERSAL as certified MANUFACTURER OF BOSCHI ITALY BRAND OXYGEN NITROGEN PLANTS meeting international quality standards.  

 

AIR SEPARATION COLUMNS (100% CRYOGENIC GRADE STAINLESS STEEL)

         

 

Air separation column is the heart of an oxygen plant process consuming 60% cost. It functions at cryogenic temperatures up to minus 190 degrees centigrade.

 

UNIVERSAL BOSCHI Oxygen plants air separation columns are constructed with world-class engineering skills and designing expertise with cutting-edge advances in cryogenic technology. We inherited cumulative expertise harnessed over decades in technology and engineering along with original designs from EUROPEN MANUFACTURERS ING L & A BOSCHI ITALY under the leadership of our TECHNICAL DIRECTOR MR. SK AGARWAL (B.E.).

 

Our Boschi column is built with cryogenic grade stainless steel for efficiency and durability. We have plants installed in different cities working for over 30 years.   All piping, sub coolers, condenser and exchangers are made with 100% cryogenic grade stainless steel.

 

WHY 100% CRYOGENIC GRADE STAINLESS STEEL AIR SEPARATION COLUMN WAS DEVEOPED BY UNIVERSAL BOSCHI FOR OXYGEN NITROGEN PLANTS?

• In seventies, air separation columns were made with copper including the interconnecting piping.
• During early 1980s, European air separation plant manufacturers started making columns with high grade stainless steel.
• It was found that copper columns had less durability.
• Susceptible to break under conditions of extreme pressure and temperature.  
• Copper reacts with oxygen to produce impurities.  

 

It is the reason manufacturers started making columns with stainless steel. Therefore, Universal engineers updated cryogenic technology with latest techniques to manufacture leak-proof air separation columns.

 

Our team of engineers at in-house R & D has taken 27 years with Boschi Italy technical expertise, original designs and drawings to manufacture columns with cryogenic grade stainless steel vacuum insulated condensers.

Universal is the first company to develop cryogenic grade stainless steel air separation column with expertise, original drawings and designs acquired from ING. L & A BOSCHI LEGALLY SINCE 1985.  

 

PROCESS SKID

This is a complete packaged unit skid mounted with all items including after cooler, moisture separators, nitrogen cooler, pre-cooling unit, oil adsorber & hydrocarbon filters.

Molecular sieve battery with special filtration system factory-fitted and supplied as a packaged unit ready for installation.

           

 

CRYOGENIC EXPANDER:

Cryogenic expander new model has been developed in 100% stainless steel and micron finished parts for high efficiency after over 20 years by universal Boschi R & D department and taking feedback of over 400 expanders made by Universal Boschi working in different parts of the globe.
